Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Personal Checks.

All shipments are subject to credit approval. We do not ship C.O.D.

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Availability:
We confirm the availability and/or sizes at the time of order.

Shipping Charges:
Our shipping and handling charges up to 5lbs., are based on a flat rate, to anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. This includes items shipped from multiple locations. As a standard procedure, we are using the service of the United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail (2nd Day) for all items up to 5 lbs., unless otherwise specified. In the event that the order exceeds the weight of 5 lbs., we will evaluate the best possible shipping method (Time/Cost) between carriers of USPS and United Parcel Post (UPS).

Claims:
We cannot be responsible for merchandise once it has left our hands. All claims for breakage or damage, or lost merchandise, should be made directly to the carrier or the United States Post Office. All claims on damaged items must be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt of shipments. No return without prior authorization. Any items must be in original packaging.

Return Policy:
Due to defect and/or incorrect size on clothing, you must return the item(s) to us within five (5) days of the original shipping date. The returned items will be subject to inspection to determine the refund amount, not including the shipping cost.

We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.
